In short life is good here, and the office is 15 minutes walk, so I do not like living in a megalopolis of 14 million inhabitants.
It was not easy to find a good apart in this area because the housing price is quite expensive. After visiting a dozen homes very well but slightly eccentric, I finally found this apart in a compound dating from 1992, a little old hand report I had visited before, but the advantage is the size of apart and the terrace with a view that I love and especially south, very sunny. So I cracked immediately for this apart. 
Following the principle of Feng Shui for most buildings are built with the living room and bedrooms facing south. My building is no exception to the rule.
