The Department of the City and the Senate, opens for the tenth consecutive year the contest "Talents des Cités". It rewards the creative activities that contribute to economic development and job creation in priority neighborhoods of the City policy .
The contest is open to creative activities (business association) of less than forty years installed in a priority area of urban policy . Participants enroll in one of two following categories:
- "creation" for those who have created their business or activity between January 2008 and December 2010,
- "emergence" for those who have a business plan.
To participate, candidates must first have it validated their project or be accompanied by a consulting company creation.
