The results of the second call for projects Transport together in separate lanes (RBD) were presented Wednesday, February 9, 2011. 4 projects in cities of Poitou-Charentes, 1 in Central Region were selected.
In Poitou-Charentes , 4 projects were selected, representing about 53 Km lines and 26.7 million euros
- Angouleme for its proposed BRT line
- La Rochelle for its proposed multi-modal hub for the exchange and its BRT line
- Poitiers for its proposed BRT line and viaduct
- Niort for its proposed BRT line (subject to start work by end 2013)
In Central Region, the draft Tram Tours has been selected for 2.6 km of line for a grant of approximately 4.8 million euros.
