The Federation of Committees and Organizations to Help Unemployed by Employment (Coorace) published in late 2010 a reference guide, guide to best practices for development of territories solidarity: For a development approach of solidarity territories.
This guide, developed in VITA project (Valuing Integration Territories by the cooperation of Actors) Developers territories secured , "identifies a number of conceptual lines, offers tools and methods and illustrated by numerous field experiments" implementation of development action of solidarity territories.
It is designed for businesses, economic and social partners and public authorities concerned by the issue of solidarity in the territories.
