François Fillon convened an Interministerial Committee for Cities February 18, 2011 to reiterate its willingness to "strengthen the city policy."

1 - Mobilise public policy priority in favor of the residents

- A political partnership: the CNV and the national associations of elected representatives will be involved in the issues and key issues of urban policy
