Uploaded a new Guide to support and employment for use by all actors in the social and professional (97 p .) co-written by the unions and employers' associations and the Collective ALERT.
This guide has just been approved (2010) by Ministry of Solidarity and Social Cohesion under actions carried out under European Year for the Fight against Poverty and Social Exclusion .
It offers factsheets into 4 sections ( Issues, Practices, Actors, Tools ) to explain "the great principles of coaching (responsibility of the person, definition, types of people together, goals, a factor favoring a successful support), and highlights good practices in associations, unions and businesses " (Press Release MEDEF).
Chapter Tools sheets (13, 14, 15) this devices specific recruitment (RSA, CUI, and CIVIS contract ") in excess of Contract autonomy for the young, career transition, training support contract ...
A final part raises the issues of support (public, definition and basic). The annexes offer a selection of useful sites for support, a glossary and a bibliography.
